Hi,

My husband has recently been granted Tier 2 General dependent visa. Due to some reasons, when original documents(our passports and my visa) were sent back to us, we were not able to collect it and now Royal Mail is not giving us the documents because we don't have that delivery note which they leave if someone is not present at the time of delivery. They will now send it back to I guess Sheffield, UK.

Can you please tell me if we can request to Home Office to redeliver the documents on a new address.
