Tier 2 ICT - acqusition - next steps

Hello all,

I have been transferred on a Tier 2 ICT from company and this company has been acquired by a different company.

i have seen the sponsored migrants need not apply for new CoS and the original status of visa remains as it is.

Is there any action to be taken during this process

1. As a sponsor
2. As a Sponsored migrant.
