Can we apply/hold Multiple Stamps???

Have some interesting question.

1. Can we hold multiple stamps (e.g. apply for Stamp 1, where person already holding STAMP 4 EUFAM??)
2. IF YES: then Stamp 4 EUFAM will be revoked OR will entitled of both stamps??
3. IF NO: what will be the impact on STAMP 4 EUFAM?
