Tier-2 General Dependent-Child Maintenance funds

HI All,

I have submitted Tier2-General Child application online on 18/10/2017 for my KID.Documents submission date at VFS,India is 24/10/2017.

I had selected Own/main applicant funds for maintenance funds and I am providing my bank statements .
I am keeping funds in my account from July 10th onwards( around 2000 gbp)
I had my bank statements posted by bank till Sept 30.From October1 to 17th I went to bank and took statement for these 17 days.But this statement is having only bank LOGO and don't have bank branch address details etc...They rejected to put any seal and sign on it.But it has my name and account number.
Other statements till Sep 30th are having full details as there were posted to my address by bank.

Is the statement given by bank for 17days will be accepted ?

Also I am submitting my employer sponsorship letter for maintenance funds( A rated sponsor) for my kid.
but I as i said above i had selected Own/main applicant funds in application.

Can anybody tell me what are the chances for application getting through !!!!
or anything i need to do as the docs submission date is 24/10/2017.
