I have applied for T1 E initially 3rd April 2014, as my solicitor suggested to do as because after 5th April rules will be changed, I was granted leave on 28th April 2014, on 3rd April 2017, I sent application for extension, and employment details as follows:
Employee 1: (job 1) 30 hrs per week for 12 months
Employee 2: (job 2) 30 hrs per week for 11 months
Employee 3: (job 3) 30 hrs per week for 4 months
Employee 4: (job 3) 30 hrs per week for 11 months (she is not settled)
Employee 5: (job 4) 20 hrs per week for 3 months.
I mentioned here dates to know is this job creation fulfill criteria?, because nowadays I am so confused, no news from HO after more than 6 months, since I sent my application for extension.
