Hello, I live in the UK exercising my treaty rights. My husband lives outside the uk. He is now applying for an EEA family permit from outside the UK to visit me. so far he didn't need to submit too many documents when he came to visit as I didn't exercise my treaty rights. That's now changed. My question is:
I have just started a job a month ago (was self sufficient until then) and my employment contract until February 18 - will that be okay or do I still need a comprehensive insurance cover?
Other than that I have
- bank statements for the last 6 months stating that I am self sufficient with a monthly income of 2000£ by my Husband (until I started my job)
- pay my own rent and bills and everything else
Am not sure if I need the private health insurance or not. If anyone could advise me that would be really nice!
(I had an account here but forgot my login details so had to create another one)
Thanks so much!
