When did you enter the UK and how long have you held your current visa? Under which category and when does it expire :?:

In which case you need to submit a FLR(M) application. You should be able to apply for ILR under long residence when you have completed 10 years in the UK, at some point in 2019.

There is no early concession due to your wife holding ILR.

Hi
I came here with student and my entrepreneur refusal converted to FLR-M in 2014. My current spouse visa will expired dec 2017 so will have to extend.
As my bio metric card does not show any route so have confusion for me

Thank you

A decision letter will have been issued to you, telling you under which category leave had been granted.
