Tier 1 Initial Interview

Hello everyone
I am about to apply for my tier1 visa ( 200k)from dubai,
I would like to know has anyone applied for this visa from dubai or somewhere else before and is there an interview if yes , what questions they ask.
I really appreciate if you can advise me.
