Change of Circumstances form

Post by Topex17 » Sat Oct 21, 2017 11:08 pm

Hello All,

I'd like to clarify something here please.

I've recently got married to my wife who's currently in my home country and am in the process of applying for spouse visa for her to come and join me here in UK.

Do I need to fill out a change in circumstances form and send it to UKVI that have just got married even though I currently hold Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

Basically, I just wanted to confirm if I still need to inform UKVI that have just got married even though am currently classed as a settled person.

Many thanks in advance.

No requirement.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
