Information Required for Spouse visa

Hello Gurus,

Always you been so kind and helpful thanks . Well i got my ILR in august on 10 Years basis. i was on Tier 1 - Ent. well me and my wife both taking part time salaries from own company. i want to apply for my wife's visa soon. so can i show both income as joint income / salary for spouse visa ? and will there be any issue that taking salaries from own company ?

and what documents of the business i will need to add with visa application ?

I met one solicitor he said i will need financial year ending for the company. is that compulsory ?
