Thanks for your reply. below is the list
1. Council Tax Letters for Past 6 Years
Can do without this
2. Bank Statements for past 5 years
Select only bank statement for the period of 5 yrs you are relying on for treaty rights
3. Payslips from 2012 till now
You can cut this down to 1st and last month each yr for the selected 5 yr period. Only relevant for EEA partner
4. P60 from 2013 till now/
Select for the 5 yr period you are relying on. Only relevant for EEA partner
5. Tenancy Agreements
50/50. Choose btw 5/6/7
6. Mortgage Statement
50/50. Choose btw 5/6/7
7. Utility Bills
50/50. Choose btw 5/6/7
8. Deed Polls as my wife changed her name when we got married
Keep this
9.Employment Letters
Only relevant for EEA partner for the selected 5 yr period
10. Some p45 when she changed her job
Keep this. 1 month wont be a problem
would that be a problem as she had an employment gap of like 1 month cant call it a gap she wasnt getting work from agency hence no payslips.
the only question is these all documents weigh about 6 kgs. i am just sitting and thinking which one to send which one not to. You have more than sufficient documents. Hope suggestion makes a difference in your weight. Dont forget your original passports/ID. Good luck
Please give me some suggestions.
Thanks
Dont you have the figures on your bank statements. You can always check with your bank.alijawad786 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 22, 2017 5:32 pmHello everyone?
I (Non EEA) + wife (EEA) are ready to send off our PR application, we claimed tax credits plus council tax benfit during the year 2012 till end of 2013. I have found some documents but i am not sure how much exactly we were getting paid from both sides.
Please may we know how to handle this situation while applying for PR?, also can this affect our application?
Thanks
