Tier 2 (in Country) Change of Employment : Documents needed

Please kindly direct me as to the documents you submitted for the Tier 2 chance of employment. I am about to apply for the premium service but want to ensure I have all necessary documents.
Also how was the premium application process?

Just apply for a new tier 2 application, at the end it'll ask whether you want it as a premium appointment, and then you can select available appointment.

after you pay for your application it'll provide you with documents checklist asking you for specific documents which normally are as follow
1. Passport
2. Police Regestration
3. 2 photos
4. your BRP
5. Maintenance "if required"
