IELTS Requirement for UK Embassy in Islamabad

Hi,

Kindly let me know do I require IELTS for UKVI or IELTS (Academic) will also work for visa? I have IELTS Academic with 7.0 band, and my center was AEO Pakistan. However, I did not register for IELTS for UKVI specifically.

I got admission in MSc program at University of Leicester using the IELTS result that I have. Will the similar IELTS will for visa as well?

The English Language requirement for your course and hence for your visa is assessed and tested by your sponsor. It is not two separate things.
