Hi All,

Please help me in employment letter, I am on tier 1 entrepreneur 50K investment visa. I am in Post April 2014 category. I had hired full one employee in 2015, she had worked three months for me, then she left the job.
I have hired 4 part time employers for 9 months, my next is month and I am worried, is that cover all 12 months period ?
there is gap of six months in employment, but as per my knowledge; applicant has to cover 12 months employment. Please suggest me, is that okay ?

Unfortunately, it is not ok.

You need equivalent of two full time employees for 12 months each. I can't see how you meet that with the above information.
The gap of six months does not matter.

Unfortunately not. Even under the pre-April 2014 rules you would be short by 3 months. It is tougher under the new rules.

You can of course, go ahead and apply, delay your biometrics to the maximum and hope a decision is not made in three months time. And, as soon as you have 12 months worth of employment, send in the additional documents and hope for the best. There is no guarantee that will work, but you can try.
