spousal visa application help

Post by rebeccazahid » Sat Jun 10, 2017 6:35 pm

hi my husband is from morocco, we have been married since last month but we've been in a relationship since 2011, i currently receive carers allowance for my very sick mother, i also have £9,000 in savings and i am wondering if what i get in carers which is £250.80 monthly and the £9,000 amount of savings is enough to submit for the application of spousal visa or do we need more? Thanks.

If you are receiving carer's allowance you should be applying under 'adequate maintenance' rather than having to meet the £18,600 p.a minimum income level.

How much do you have remaining weekly after deducting rent or mortgage and Council tax?

enquiry of overcrowding and property inspection report

Post by rebeccazahid » Wed Oct 25, 2017 9:30 am

hi i would like to know if my home would be considered overcrowded, i currently live with my parents in a 2 bedroom house and my husband is applying for his uk spousal visa, my parents have a very large bedroom and my bedroom is large enough to fit a double bed for if my husband is accepted. I am wondering if a property inspection is needed since i already have permission from our housing officer since we live in a housing association property and i already took photos of all the rooms in our house and my parents have written a letter stating sleeping arrangments.. ect. Thanks in advance.
