Proposed Civil Partnership - Documents check please!

Hi guys,
Hoping somebody can help me out with this one...

Currently applying for a proposed civil partnership visa and have had a bit of a problem with my online application.

It's asked me to provide details of my last 5 visits to the UK (which is not a problem) but I am currently in the UK with my partner and I would assume I have to add this visit too. I can't put a date past the current day, but I will be here until early December, and I am hoping to get my biometrics taken as soon as I get back to Aus.

I can't book a biometric appointment until this is filled in completely. Thoughts??

Appointments are not difficult to get. Sometimes even same day appointments can be secured. So your only option is to go back, complete your application and book your appointment.

Embassy can not help with visa information. You can contact UKVI with your enquiry. Its a paid service

Thanks for the reply! I ended up getting through to UKVI who advised me that I cannot submit my online application until I can input this visit (which means the day I leave).

coming towards the end of a long and stressful road and we are nearly ready to submit our Proposed Civil Partnership application. Can you guys take a look at our checklist and see if there is anything we have missed? Much appreciated!

1- VA4FA Online Application Printout
2- VA4FA Appendix 2
3- Biometrics Appointment Confirmation in Aus
4- Passport photographs - applicant
5- Copy of passport information page - sponsor
6 - Copy of sponsor’s birth certificate / applicant's original birth certificate
7 - Letter of Introduction from applicant
8 - Letter of support from sponsor

Financial documents
9- Financial Requirement summary and six months of payslips (June - November)
10- Six months of verified bank statements
11- Employment letter stating job title, length of employment and total average annual gross salary
12 - Copy of signed employment contract

Accommodation
13 - Letter from landlord giving applicant permission to live in rented flat
14- Property Inspection Report for Immigration purposes
15 - Copy of Council Tax statement with sponsors name on it
16 - Copy of Electricity Bill with sponsors name on it

Intent to enter into a Civil Partnership together
17 - Email correspondence with registry office making enquiries
18 - Email confirmation that appointment is booked to register intent to enter into partnership
19 - Email confirmation from registry office that partnership signing is booked
20 - Copy of receipt for partnership rings
21 - Confirmation of restaurant reservation for lunch after the partnership signing

Relationship
22 - Photographs of us together
23 - Flight itineraries from trips together and visits to see each other
24 - Bookings of hotels/trains/buses from trips together
24 - AirBnB bookings from trips together
25 - Screenshots of Facebook Messenger conversations (its all we use apart from phonecalls)
26 - Copies of phone bills

Other
27 - Filled out FedEx envelope to return to sender

The docs will be getting sent to Sheffield from UK and my passport given to UK Embassy in Aus once my biometrics are taken...
