3- Biometrics Appointment Confirmation in Aus
4- Passport photographs - applicant
5- Copy of passport information page - sponsor
6 - Copy of sponsor’s birth certificate / applicant's original birth certificate
7 - Letter of Introduction from applicant
8 - Letter of support from sponsor
Financial documents
9- Financial Requirement summary and six months of payslips (June - November)
10- Six months of verified bank statements
11- Employment letter stating job title, length of employment and total average annual gross salary
12 - Copy of signed employment contract
Accommodation
13 - Letter from landlord giving applicant permission to live in rented flat
14- Property Inspection Report for Immigration purposes
15 - Copy of Council Tax statement with sponsors name on it
16 - Copy of Electricity Bill with sponsors name on it
Intent to enter into a Civil Partnership together
17 - Email correspondence with registry office making enquiries
18 - Email confirmation that appointment is booked to register intent to enter into partnership
19 - Email confirmation from registry office that partnership signing is booked
20 - Copy of receipt for partnership rings
21 - Confirmation of restaurant reservation for lunch after the partnership signing
Relationship
22 - Photographs of us together
23 - Flight itineraries from trips together and visits to see each other
24 - Bookings of hotels/trains/buses from trips together
24 - AirBnB bookings from trips together
25 - Screenshots of Facebook Messenger conversations (its all we use apart from phonecalls)
26 - Copies of phone bills

27 - Filled out FedEx envelope to return to sender
