Finacial proof accepted when running your own business

Hi
Thanks in advance for any comments.
My wife and i run a limited company.
The way our accountant has set up our income, our wages for the most part are made up from dividends. My wife is not a director, i am.
I'm not sure what we need to show.
Obviously our combined income is over £18600, but if we went off the p 60s alone it would not.
We can obviously get a statement from our accountant, and have bank statements to corroborate the statement.
Is this enough?

I can't find much information on the subject on line.

Again, thanks in advance for any comments.
