D4. When did you first enter the UK?

What is this date? I entered the UK many times in Business Visitor visa before Entrepreneur visa, do they mean my first entry under the first visa I got, or my entry date under Tier 1-Entrepreneur visa?

I am not a Guru, but i have always taken that to mean the first time you entered the UK with the intention to stay i.e. period that counts towards your continuous residency.

Not the times I was here on a tourist visa or on a business visa.

Not sure if that is correct, but its my cents worth. Hope it helps.

Common question mention the date when you entered first time in UK. They didn't ask when you last time enter in the UK.
