Dear all,
I am an EEA national living in the UK for 4 years.I am also exercising the treaty rights since I came here.My parents are Non-EEA nationals who applied for the standard visitor visa before 3 months ago but were refused.
I want to know that if they can apply for the EEA family permit this time.I come to know that parents need to show the dependency if apply a visa for the EEA family permit. But I can not able to show them any financial dependency on me and they only need to visit me in the UK as they will not live permanently.
Can you tell me which visa should they apply to visit/join me in the UK, pls?Do my parents need to apply a visitor visa or an EEA family permit?
Thank you very much for your kind advice and suggestions.
