Urgent - New SET(LR) form query B12 re evidence of cohabitation

Thank you so much for this forum and all the help from experts and user's discussions. It has always been helpful.

Could I please ask one query in this section?

I am completing the SET(LR) form for settlement. In this new form which was released on 5th Oct 2017, they have added one additional query in section B as below:

B12. If you are in a genuine and subsisting relationship with a person who is settled in the UK or who is a British citizen, please provide their details here, including their name, nationality and date of birth. You must provide evidence of cohabitation since the start of this relationship.

I am living with my partner since arrived in UK 10 years ago but never kept any records more than 56 previous years. Now this question is asking about the details of my partner (who has ILR) and the proof of past 10 years of living with my partner.

I asked the UKVI and they said if the question is asked, I must answer.

Could you please suggest and advise what I should do and provide for this query?

I have the premium appointment on 2nd Nov so please help me urgently here.

Unfortunatelly all of these were paid by my partner so I am not on them. We have one joint bank statement since 2009 which I am attaching but nothing before that.

I checked with banks and they are unable to provide any statements older than 7 years. I got only 2 addresses missing showing we lived together in those houses, got everything else covered.

Any suggstions please what I can do in this case now?
