Tier 4 visa refusal overturned. - CAS expired

Hi

It would be great if anyone can assist me with my enquiry.

Tier 4 refused
Went for AR and PAP - overturned decision and HO asking to submit new CAS and passport before 15th Nov 2017. On my previous CAS course start date was 2Oct 2017. It is expired now.

University cannot issue new CAS in November 2017 for their next 2018 intake.

Please advise.
