Want to move in Ireland with my eu partner.

Post by mak88 » Sun Oct 29, 2017 2:13 am

Dear all. I’m asking for your information and help. I’m non eu citizen living and working in Portugal. My wife is eu citizen ( dutch) also living and working here in Portugal. We got our marriage registered here in Lisbon. Aftwards i have been issued 5years resistance permit in Portugal under the law of non eu family member. It says i have right to move in any eu country with my wife but i only need irish visa to move in ireland even if we are moving together. I’m being so confused on it! It would be so nice if you have time to give me your best advice and information or related experience. Thank you in advance.
