How to change incorrect information in Subject Access Report? *Urgent*

Hi

I have obtained SAR from UKVI on 10th October 2017.

Back in 2010, my visa was refused and I have appeal lodged a appeal in time. I have used a representative to launch a appeal.

I have two letters from the First Tribunal (the duty judge and Immigration Judge) which state that the appeal was launch on 8th March 2010 (in -time appeal).

However, the Home Office Record shows that the appeal was launched on 14th April 2010; as result of this they are considereing it as 'Out of Time' appeal. Unfortunatly it breaks my long residency continuity.

Can you please advise - if I can write to Subject Access Request to change the date based on these two evidence?


I requested my old solicitor to provide me all relevant correspondence (appeal notice, bundle, etc). If I receive more evidence in support of my in time appeal, I will use them.

Can anyone tell me the process to challenge it?
