I have made payment for my application via banker draft.

I selected the option for cheque and draft.
However I have put my sort and account number instead of what was on draft.

I have put the cheque number from draft.

The draft is payable to home office

Is that going to cause any problem

Should be ok.
Also, often if there is a problem with the payment method, the HO contacts the applicant rather than declaring the application to be invalid straight away.

I have applied on 23/10 and haven’t received any acknowledgement.

Is there any option to contact home office payment team.

It could take several week to get your Biometrics if your payment is successfully processed. HO will contact you if the payment cannot be processed

I don't think you can contact them directly.

Is just that I don’t want payment to fail and have to make out of time application.
Do you think the payment will fail with the detail I have provided
My visa expire today 30/10
Do you think it’s a good idea to send a covering letter with tracking number from initial application when it was send with payment details updated on application form.

Or send a new cheque
