Dual US/EEA citizen applying for PR - send both passports?

Post by stevesyjames » Mon Oct 30, 2017 10:36 am

The subject says it all! I'm a dual US-EEA (Greek) citizen and am unsure whether they expect me to send both my Greek ID card and US passport along, or just the Greek? I'd rather keep the US one with me if they don't require it, but they ask you on the form for any other citizenships and do not specify whether they want to see proof of all of them. Anyone have any experience with this? Don't want to have the application delayed if they want to see the US passport.

Thanks!

No need to send your US passport.

If they require if for whatever reason they'll ask for it.
