MN1 application under section 1(3)

Hello,
We are about to apply through MN1 for our children, as my EEA husband has obtained his PR after their birth. My question is which fields do we have to complete in section 2 of the form regarding their residence requirements as all fields seem irrelevant to a child born in the UK? Or we leave it blank and go strait to field 3.13 which is for EEA parent who exercised treaty rights for 5 years?( I am also confused which fields should we fill in in section 3 as well, actually)
If someone has done an application under section 1(3), please give me tour thoughts..
