ILR appeal allowed

Post by Mangoesicecream » Mon Oct 30, 2017 11:22 pm

Hi everyone,
I applied for ILR on basis of 10 years. Before applying I wasn’t allowed to work so obviously not allowed to work even after applying.
My application was refused by home office but appeal was allowed. I appealed and went for hearing in 1st week of September and judge give decision in my favour. Home office had 14 days to go to upper tribunal if they were not agree from the decision of 1st tribunal but they didn’t. It’s been more then 5 weeks after the decision received, I didnt hear anything from home office.

I have a question am I allowed to work now or still not? And how long home office take to issue visa once appeal is allowed?
Thanks
