OCI Application - Important Questions regarding Documentation

Hi ! I will soon be receiving my British Citizenship and Passport in few weeks time. I wish to apply for OCI Card as soon as I get my british passport.

1) Can one apply for Renunciation of Citizenship and OCI card together or one has to first do Renunciation of Citizenship at VFS Office and then again separately apply for OCI card??

2) Can one see all the questions in Online Application of OCI card ? Can it be seen only at the time of filling it ?

3) I think there is Part A and Part B in the Application. What about Employment Question? What if somebody is Unemployed? Or last worked many years ago in some different country? Is it mandatory to bring any Employment proof/documentation for such people ?
