Changing university after completing pre masters

Hello ,
I need guidance on changing university. I am currently on tier4 student visa and i have completed my pre masters. Now i have to change my university and take new admission Which was not my priority at first but i need to ask Do i need to go back to my country and apply from there or can i apply from here in Uk? I have very short time time period. I was sick and could not enroll in my previous university I provided my medical note to the university but the compliance officer of my university sent me email stating that she had reported me to ukvi and i have now 60 days to go back to my country. Please help me what should i do i cant afford such a loss i came here to complete my education. What should i do and what is the process plz.

You can only make a new Tier 4 application in your home country because any new CAS cannot confirm academic progression. Academic progression includes having completed the course for which your last visa was issued, which you have not.
