In Page 59 of the Application form, we need to fill in the documents provided. Are there any other documents that need to be filled here other than those listed below:

Section K - 20 points - Bank Statements, Director Loan Agreement, Annual Accounts
Section L - 20 points - CAR
Section M - 15 points - CAR
Section N - 20 points - Staff passports, Payslips, FPS, P32, P60
Section P - 10 points - Submitted during initial Tier 1 Entrepreneur application
Section Q - 10 points - Bank statements

I am actually submitting more than the above eg: Lease agreement, Lease invoice, insurances etc. Do I need to list all these in this page or do I list those important documents only?

List all the documents that your are submitting. It acts as a double check for both you and the CW and will be especially useful if there is any mistake on their part and they overlook some documents in the decision making.
