Hi all,

posting this on behalf oF my friend: he is a tier 4 student (Master's degree) and he wants to invest in UK business.

Is there any restrictions in Tier 4 visa that prevents him from investing money in UK businesses?

As far as I know the only restriction is he cannot claim public funds and can work only for 20 hours.

He cannot be engaged in any business activities. See the tier 4 policy guidance.
