Dear all,

I am new to this forum. I am currently on a Tier-4 student visa doing a masters degree and my current visa ends on January 30, 2020. My husband is also on Tier-4 visa and his current leave ends on 01/01/2018. We have a three year old daughter and she is with us in the UK as my Husband's dependant. her visa finishes on 01/01/2018 as well.

I have 2 questions:
1. Can my Husband and daughter apply to switch to tier-4 dependant visa from within UK? or do they have to go to India to apply.
2. Will my husband be able to study as a dependant on a short-term course?
can anyone help please...
