EEA FAMILY member travelling while divorce in progress

Hi there,

I got married with EEA MEMBER in 2013 got visa in 2014, stayed together for 4 years. Now I have filled divorce which is still in progress. I will have to travel abroad for some personal reason. Could anyone tell me how practical would it be to travel while divorce in progess. Would there be any problem on my arrival to Uk.

You will still be married until you get your decree absolute after which you can apply for ROR. It will not be a problem.
