Red 001 and Is96

Post by van_rag2009 » Wed Nov 01, 2017 6:39 am

Hi, I am new to this forum and do not know where to post my issue. I need information about the red 001 letter and Is96 letter from Home office. I was sent both of them. I am very worried and don’t know what to do. My immigration matter has been going on since 4 and a half years with applications and appeals and now me, my husband and my daughter got the red 001 letter and I received the Is96 letter. Can anybody please give me some info about their experiences on these. In my case they have starts a family return process even though we have a pending appeal. Please advise.

Sounds like you need professional help. Ask a registered solicitor.
