Need Help =Tier 2 Rcos oct sep 2017 Refused

Hi

My wife Rcos has been refused by Home Office the reason for the refusal was the job my company wish to offer is not included in the Shortage occupation lIst.

Employer has offered the job under the SOC code - 2136 as a senior programmer analyst. employer has raised a appeal against home office, i dont think HO is going to encourage on appeals.

Could some one please help me with Next Steps .

this job is not included in Shortage occupation lIst.

What u have selected while filling the form. because u need to mention in ur form that it is included in shortage occupation list or not.

is ur wife Visa is refused or COS is refused during assigning. Could you please confirm us.

Cos has refused not visa.

You mean employer can simply reapply by mentioning in the form that it is not listed in SOL.

OR

we have to go through the entire process again by changing the title of Job ?

Dear your employer can again assign a cos. Your employer need to fill an application properly . Where you want to apply for visa and when?
