Further investment in shares and stock

Hi Guys,

I had a quick query in regards to further investment in shares and stock.

I recently got through Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension , nature of business management consultancy via 50 K route where I had shown 60 K investment through Directors loan .

I was wondering if I can buy shares/stock/Bonds of some other companies and invest from my companies account/business bank account ?

If not can i do it from my personal account? Is there any risk involved linked to further visa extension
