Hi All,
yesterday my 10 year long residence was refused and home office give me a right to appeal.
i am here in UK since 2003 to 2017, from 2003 to 2010 on Student visa, 2010 to 2012 on PSW and from 2012 to 2018 EEA Family visa. they counted my time from 2003 and said in 2008 my student application was rejected.
i remember it was not rejected (as i never received any rejection letter. they gave me 28 days to apply again) the fee never get cleared and they sent me back the application form.
here is the wording.
"on 24th June 2008 you made a further application for leave to remain as a student. which was rejected on 14 July 2008.
on 9th July you made a further application for leave to remain as student which was rejected on 1th July 2008.
on 21th July 2008 you made an in country application for leave to remain as student . you were granted leave to remain on 04 September 2008 until 31 January 2010.
You therefore, have a break in continuous residence between 01 July 2008 until 04 september 2008 when your next application was successful, which is a break of 65 days."
please help me if there is a way i can fight back. they give me a right of appeal in 14 days.
