Hi guys can you please advice if we can accept contracts that falls inside IR35 under Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa? It is a proper consultant contract in public sector and falls inside IR35 , will this be an issue?

Contracts that fall inside IR35 are a NO NO for Tier 1 Ent migrants. In this instance you will be working as an employee of an umbrella coy. The umbrella coy will make NI and PAYE deductions against your NI. This is not allowed.

An IR35 contract makes you work in capacity of an employee which is not allowed under Tier 1E.
