Dependent Visa application

I am applying for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa extension and for child dependent, in the below document, it states that he needs to submit 2 documents to prove his residence address. Is this document applicable for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension application or is it for those Child dependent who are applying to join a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Migrant?

Anyone who successfully applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa extension with child dependent above 18 years old, did you submit proof of residence address for your child dependent?
