Well, if you are applying on Tuesday, you don't have an option but to apply with what you have.bizman wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2017 9:13 pmGood evening respected gurus, I have had a lot of insight and help from this forum. God bless you all. Many thanks to Zimba, Macnath, CR001 Sme1 and many more gurus, you are all fantastic.
I have been piling up my application which is due to be submitted on teusday as my visa expires on 15 November. I really need help to confirm the hourly rate of my employee is ok as per immigration rule, I employed two full time employees, one was employed 29th of August, 2016 and the other 7th September, 2016, there hours per month is as follows

Sept 16 130 hours,
October 16 120 hours,
Nov 16 120 hrs,
Dec 16 120 hrs,

Feb 17 120 hrs,
March 17 120 hrs,
April 17 120 hrs,

My question is 1, does this meet immigration requirement especially the ones that are 120 hrs, since its 120 hrs per month as per immigration guide.
2, I hope I wont be penalised for october payment that is 210 hrs. I will appreciate the gurus response and your help so that I will be able to submit my application on teusday. I am greatful, very greatful for your kind responses especially Zimba, Macnath, Znef SMe1 etc. Many thank gurus for your hrlp.
You need 52 weeks of 30 hrs each- it can take as many months as needed. It does not have to be continuous.bizman wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2017 10:41 pmThank you for your responses Zimba and Macnath, I got to know from the forum that anything above 130 is not counted by HO.
Sorry for my bothers, does it matter if the number of months to make 52 weeks exceeds 12 months, from my calculations of my employee hours it will be like 13 months. Is this ok Zimba and Macnath. Thanks for your response sirs.
Yes, that is ok. Both are considered settled workers.
To reemphasise on the above. You need 52 weeks of a minimum of 30 hrs each. If an employee worked more than 30 hrs in a week, the extra CANNOT be used to make up the hours elsewhere.marcnath wrote: ↑Sun Nov 05, 2017 10:58 pmYou need 52 weeks of 30 hrs each- it can take as many months as needed. I have submitted my application over two weeks now and given Bio metrics yet, there is no update on the HO website. Is there anyone that submitted from mid october to date that got a status information on the HO website.
