spouse visa got cancelled - need to reinstate

Hi

Bit of a pickle.

I am a UK Citizen and got married abroad in Sept 2016 to my wife who is indian origin.
She came over with me after marriage on spouse visa.

In september 2017 we had an argument and the neighbours called the police as disturbance.
The police told her to go to her brothers house for the night in london and i got arrested.
I was released same day and no further action or charges were taken against me.

The police assigned my wife a case worker who cancelled her spouse visa and gave her a temporary 3 month visa under domestic abuse.

There has never been any abuse, violence of that matter.

My wife is back home with me as it was a misunderstanding and escalated unexpectedly.

who do i contact and how do i apply for my wife's spouse visa to be re-instated as she only has till January 2018 to stay?

I have no idea of whom to contact -
The spouse visa i did this myself without any help from specialists but it looks like i may have to go to an immigration lawyer for this?

Any help would be greatful so i can start to get this resolved and help reinstate the original visa.
