Dear all,
I am a Tier 4 general student, I have gotten my Visa on Sept., 2017. It is validate to Jan. 2019.
My son has stayed in the UK with me for 5 month with his 6 month short term student visa, now it is closed to expired. So I came back my country to apply my son's dependent Visa on 23 Oct. 2017.
Unfortunately , after 4 days I got a refusal, the reason is the father didn't intend to apply the Visa at the same time.
So I apply the Visa for my son and husband on 30 Oct. 2017. On 1 Nov. 2017, UKVI called my husband and asked him how long will he stay in UK? He didn't say he will stay as long as me. He said he will stay and then have a look.
On 3 Nov, 2017, I got a email as the following, your experience and advice will be appreciated. I think I can't live without my little son's company!
Thank you!
