Congrats on this and excellent checklist of documents.
I am in process of submitting my extension application and gathered all Job Creation documents in the list except the accountant's report for job creation and showing investment of funds (this do show in accounts submitted with Companies House).

We use a larger accounting firm and according to their policy they do not have mechanism to produce such reports. Has anyone faced similar and is the report mandatory? Can you possibly share draft contents of this report to give us an idea. Many thanks!

Accountant's letter for job creation is only needed if you have joined an existing business.
Accountant letter for investment is only needed in some cases of venture capital funding, etc.
So, in most cases, neither of those are needed.

Appreciate the reply, it appears will not need this for job creation. I do have venture capital investments made in the company and may still need it for that part. 3rd party funding seems to be a complex area with Tier-1 cases. The forum is very useful.
