Tier 1 entrepreneur Extension form filling

i am just trying to fill tier 1 entrepreneur extension form and thereby stuck with some critical questions.
Before that want to let you know about my initial application.
In initial appli...(2013) i sent a letter from bank in regard to that, I have transferred 50k from my personal account to business account.
Now when i am applying for extension.
page 40 k3
you must have invested no lesss than £200000 (0r 50k if, in your last grant of leave, you were awarded points for funds of 50k ) directly into one or more businesses in the UK. please tick to confirm how this investmnt has been made &
what should i answer for k4

If the letter from the bank is all that you showed, you only showed access to funds, not that it was invested.
So, the answer is No

- (the investment was made during initial period of tier 1 leave) in the form of a director's loan
- ( " " " ) directly by you into the business in cash.

i have transferred money from my personal account to business account and for that i have now got statement to show.

or should i tick both of above ones.
