Hi,

I need urgent advise.

Can my employer apply for my Tier2 Visa , while currently my application is under consideration for ILR on the basis of 10 year completion(My previous visa was Tier 1 general).


My employer is happy to apply for me as i worked for the company for nearly 6 years as software engineer.

Please advise how can I proceed? once my employer receive the tier sponsorship.

Reason for switching to tier2: Unreasonable delay from HO in ILR application and also refusal on minor issues and my employer need me to continue working for me as they need my skills.
