Travel to UK without stamp 4 with an EU citizen

Hello ...I am Spanish citizen. Our child too. But my partner do not have legal residence in Ireland. We just applied eu1a unmarried couple visa but unfortunately refused but we made review already and it is under process. I am planning to go UK for holiday. Can I take my partner with me????? He have only indian passport as photo id without any residence permission. His name is mentioned on baby birth certificate. Please guide me that what is best solution to travel in UK for holiday with him

The brits are not bound to a irish stamp 4. Beside that there is the problem of a irish reentry visa.
It is not worth the hassle.

But I have doubt that what you saying in general. If my partner got 5 years stamp 4 or whatever temporary. I think he Can travel with me as I am an EU citizen under the law. On arrival UK should give him visa entry

i guess the first thing is to legalize ur partner`s situation, if ur child is irish (not spanish only) that u can u the zambrano case, that will take 1 year or more to go trough

also, if ur spouse is not legal in here, not the best idea to leave, cause how is he/she gonna get back here? Normally an re-entry visa is needed to get back here, otherwise the only option is to go back to India and apply again for a visa.

If you are Spanish only citizen, and u are working legally here, than u can use the eu treaty rights, but for that u have to get married.

A stamp in the passport is not a EU4FAM card.
Without a EU4FAM your partner would risk a lot.
