Thanks a lot!! That above link and the other few points you mentioned are very helpful!!asadq7 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 3:34 pmimmigration-for-family-members/settleme ... 06101.html
this is handy
but
prepare your finances, make sure your wage slips match your bank deposits and dates and payment type are all correct.
Plenty of pictures, call logs, chat logs.
tickets you brought to go out there
bank statements original or printed at bank and stamped
English test - approved centre only
TB - Test again same approved centre only
Certified copies of your passport
Housing inspection report
Land Registry
Mortgage Statement
the list goes on.
The applicant if approved a visa, will be living with me in my parents house which is in their name.
asadq7 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 6:29 pmIt's the same for me as well
Get all the reports done in your parents name and then a letter to the home office stating you and your husband can stay at there place
Letter will be from your parents
Most of it is up-to-date
I'll add my own list once I get a chance but make no errors and double check
I used a solicitor to apply purely because he came up with some extra support letters and arranged every thing in the correct order
Certified all documents that needed it and filled in both the application forms. For the money it was a no-brainer
• Is the local union council the council in Pakistan or over here in UK?samkahn wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 6:44 pmYou will also need your original Urdu Nikah Nama as well as the computer printed certificate that is issued by your local union council.
In my personal opinion it will be a better to get the Urdu Nikah Nama translated into English over here by a certified translator. (As you are submitting a document in Urdu as evidence, it needs to be translated into English).
Thanks so much!! That list looks like it’ll be sooo helpful!! It didn’t even come to mind about stuff like plane tickets!samkahn wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 7:09 pmHere's a list if the docs I sent:
