Depending on your application, you may not be eligible for premium upgrade. It is unlikely that you can get an upgrade to premium as a Tier 1E migrant when applying under SET(LR).
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice

@ Faheeemnow789 i applied for tier1Ent in the first week of May and than varied in the June. Received my bio letter in Oct. please keep me posted if you have any updates.
@Zimba88, i have the same feeling that is unlikely to upgrade, but will give it a go.

What ur experience say regarding the start date of six months time. Will it start from initial application or the date of variation. In my case I applied tier 1 ent ext in June and then varied in September. Will the start date of six months period time from June or September. Plz help.

There is no fixed time frame. As you varied your extension, your application can take much longer

Dear Zimba
I got my ILR approved/allowed and received letter from court on 7th august. Received letter from PDCU on 27 september saying that they are going to implement the court decesion asap. But have not yet received my visa and documents yet.
Do you think at this stage i can go for premium upgrade service?
Best Regards
