Hi All.
I have applied extension 21/04/2017. Had biometrics done 10/05/2017 and complex letter received 26/05/2017.
It is really frustrating as seriously due to stress I cannot focus on anything and planning to right a legal notice.
The reason I am posting this is that I need opinion from someone who has been in similar situation and contacted home office. I have tried all options spoken to Mp the Ho replied they not sure how long it will take. I mean what they doing are using our files as pillows or what. My team members 10 yrs due during this he went on window and granted ILR.
Need help from some one who sent a legal notice and what they have drafted or any other option.
I am more than happy if HO want to visit or whatever but they need to do decision ASAP as this is inhumane. People getting refusals after 14 months.
