Home Office issuing letter for removal from UK

I would like to know when applied for Human rights with my wife and 6yr kid I get a letter from Home Office stating that I am not lawfully resident in the UK and that my entitlement to drive should be removed.I am dependent as my wife is the main applicant.
This notification is only issued to me only through email not to my wife.
We have a solicitor through whom we had applied and he informed me that he will write to the H O .
Meantime DVLA has given 5 days notice which ends on 10th November 2017.
Is this a mix up by H O and can be rectified.

I did receive letter to revoked my license back in Dec I respond them tel them ,they respond the say at this time is not appropriate to revoke they will review again. I don't know your case but if you write to them or email the respond very fast.
